Namad (Agency Software)
Namad is a software with the following features:
Ability to receive and record the personal information of passengers, cars and drivers separately by name, last name, address, phone, vehicle type, vehicle owners name, etc .;
Ability to identify subscribers and their information automatically registered in the system;
A two-way communication ability between Taximeter and software if there are communication infrastructure such as SMS, GPRS;
Send and receive SMS , ability to record all information in agency system;
Send and receive messages via wireless or , ability to record all information in agency system;
Ability to manage and track customer service requests from first to end;
Has an operator exchange system;
Ability to define subsequent transfer of funds to the next operator;
Registration, definition and control of operators for each operator;
Ability to estimate and calculate the travel time and fare in order to confirm the applicant subscribers;
Ability to report of all activities, applications and services such as trips, drivers, customers, etc .;
Put subscribers in the queue in case of lack of car at the moment;
Automatic queue and even allows drivers to manually replace;
Ability to search subscriber information, drivers and registered cars in system software;
Ability to define different users with different access levels;
Ability to track the position of the car on the map based on the communication infrastructure GPS AVL;
Ability to display distances, routes, stops, times and locations traveled via communications equipment, GPS AVL;
Strong database to collect all the information and data process simultaneously;
Ability to connect logged absence of drivers and card reader software for managing the Agency's drivers.
